Request infoHow classes work
- Every body welcome: seated, standing or mixed – each movement is taught with a chair option.
- The flow class: the tai chi & qi gong flow taught by my teacher, physical therapist Dr Adam Potts. This is the class I'm trained to teach.
- Sharing what I know: anything beyond the flow class (other qi gong sets, kung fu basics from my training with Shifu Heng Chao, philosophy) is offered as me sharing what I've learned as a fellow student, not as a certified instructor.
- Mindfulness: guided breathing and meditation in every session.
- Safe practice: clear cues, no strain, and a signed waiver before the first class.
